3,000 Valenzuela youth to benefit from DSWD, DOLE cash-for-work program
MANILA, Philippines — A total of 3,000 selected out-of-school youth, as well as college and technical-vocational graduates from low-income households in Valenzuela City, will benefit from the government’s cash-for-work program, according to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). In a statement on Wednesday, the agency said it launched the program in partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) to assist young individuals in meeting their daily needs.
