ACT-CIS solon Edvic Yap resigns, says House
MANILA, Philippines — ACT-CIS party-list Rep. Edvic Yap has informed the House of Representatives that he is resigning from his post, prompting the chamber to remove him from the roll. During the session on Wednesday, Deputy Majority Leader and Leyte Rep. Anna Victoria Veloso-Tuazon announced that they received a letter from Yap to inform the chamber of his resignation. “Mr. Speaker, for the information of the body, we are in receipt of a letter from Rep.
