A family's dream of a fresh start collapsed into terror when armed federal ICE agents stormed their Oklahoma home before dawn, ripping through belongings, seizing phones and cash, and leaving a mother and her daughters standing in the rain with nothing.The raid, carried out under a search warrant for people who did not live there, has ignited fury online and raised serious questions about how immigration enforcement operations are conducted when innocent families are caught in the crossfire.The woman, identified by local station KFOR as Marissa, had only recently moved from Maryland to northwest Oklahoma City with her three daughters. The family chose the area for its quieter pace of life and lower costs, renting a house in what appeared to be a safe neighbourhood. Her husband remained in Maryland temporarily, planning to join them within weeks.That sense of security vanished when around 20 armed men forced their way into the house while it was still dark and the lights were off. At first, it was unclear who they were or why they were there. The men later identified themselves as federal agents from ICE, the FBI, and the US Marshals Service.However, the US Marshals Service later denied having agents physically present during the operation, saying they were only aware of it beforehand and did not assist.Warrant Names Do Not Match The FamilyAgents told the family they had a search warrant for the home. The names listed on the warrant did not belong to Marissa or her children. They appeared to match former residents, whose mail was still arriving at the address.Despite repeated explanations that the family had just moved in and were US citizens, the operation continued. The mother and her daughters were ordered outside into the rain before they were fully dressed. One of the children was left standing in her underwear as armed men surrounded the family.According to Marissa, pleas for understanding were ignored.
