Emma Fox appointed to Musgrave's board
Musgrave has appointed Emma Fox to its board as an independent non-executive director, with the appointment taking effect from 1 January 2026.
The food retail, wholesale and food service group said Fox brings more than 30 years’ experience in retail and hospitality across the UK and North America.
She is currently chief executive of Berry Bros. & Rudd, the UK’s oldest wine and spirits merchant, having previously served on its board as an independent director before being appointed CEO in 2020.
Fox has held a range of senior executive roles at major international retailers, including Asda and Walmart.
During her 14-year tenure at Walmart, she worked in senior commercial and operational positions spanning merchandising, logistics and brand management.
She also served as chief marketing officer for Walmart Canada and was an inaugural member, and later chair, of the company’s Global President’s Council of Women Leaders.
