Thérapie Clinic ready to open first Mayo clinic
Thérapie Clinic is to open a new clinic in Castlebar on 27 January 2026, marking its first location in Co Mayo and its 35th clinic nationwide.
The Irish-owned medical aesthetics group has invested €500,000 in the new clinic, which will be located on Hopkins Road and will create four initial jobs for experienced aesthetic doctors and beauty professionals, with further roles expected as the business grows.
The Castlebar clinic will be Thérapie Clinic’s third location in Connacht, alongside existing clinics in Galway and Sligo, and will offer services including anti-wrinkle injectables such as Botox, polynucleotides, laser hair removal and access to its Skin Theøry skincare range.
The expansion follows strong growth in demand for injectable treatments across the company’s Irish network.
Thérapie Clinic recently launched Ireland’s first subscription service for anti-wrinkle injections, priced from €49 per month with a one-off €99 sign-up fee, offering a 20% saving compared to pay-as-you-go treatments.
Founded more than 20 years ago, Thérapie Clinic now operates 85 clinics across Ireland, the UK and the US and has delivered more than 10 million treatments.

“The demand for aesthetic treatments in Galway and Sligo had been growing consistently in recent months which confirmed that there was a clear need for a new location nearby in Castlebar Co. Mayo.
