WhatsApp scam warning as fraudsters impersonate Gardaí to obtain bank details

Gardaí have warned WhatsApp users of a recent scam where fraudsters impersonate members of An Garda Síochána in a bid to obtain bank details.The scammers are calling members of the public on WhatsApp using the An Garda Síochána's crest as their profile image.
