Brendan Courtney shares parts of apartment he's 'really proud of' as it goes on the market

Brendan Courtney has given Dermot Bannon a run for his money as he showed off his favourite renovations he made to his for-sale apartment. Brendan was living bang smack in the middle of Dublin City Centre, on Usher’s Quay, until he moved out to his native Wicklow in an adorable cottage. While he had to move back to Dublin following a horrendous accident where a woman crashed into his home, it appears that he’s back in Wicklow — with the stunning two-bed apartment recently hitting the market for a pretty penny. Brendan showed off his favourite home renovations, which included uniform tiles throughout the apartment and elevating his bathtub. I kept overhead lighting where you prepare food, or wash, or hallways, but no overhead lighting in the living room.’ People were incredibly impressed with Brendan’s home design skills, with one commenting ‘fabulous’ alongside a pair of heart emojis. Another remarked that whoever ends up with the keys will be in luck, writing ‘Beautiful apartment. Lucky person who buys it,’ while another wrote: ‘Beautiful apartment Brendan.’ One of the boldest design choices Brendan made was that he chose not to put overhead lighting in his living areas.
