Clogher take on Ballymacelligott in the first All-Ireland men’s club football final of the season at Croke Park.The Tyrone outfit secured their first provincial title this season, but did not stop there, and they will want to end the season by winning the first of two Ulster v Kerry All-Ireland club finals today.Eire Ogs overcame the challenge of Mayo’s Kiltimagh in their semi-final at Páirc Seán MacDiarmada, with Ciaran Bogue scoring 2-4 to help his side push to a place at GAA HQ.Ballymacelligott overcame the challenge of Grangenolvin from Kildare, with two early goals from Niall Collins and Adam Sheehy setting the Kingdo side up for a three-point win over their Leinster opponents, who couldn’t keep up with the north Kerry side.This season marks the first major silverware win for Ballymac since 1993, when they won the Kerry Novice Football Championship, having languished in the Junior grade until this year.The final will be Clogher’s sixth game in the All-Ireland Junior Club Championship season, including their Ulster campaign and have had three more games in this club season as opposed to their Kerry opponents.
