One of my biggest goals this year is improving my cardio and becoming a better overall athlete. After having Sammy, running was really hard on my joints, so I quit it completely for a few years and honestly thought that chapter was closed. About a month ago, I started hybrid training — lifting, running, and adding HIIT workouts — and it’s been challenging me in the best way. I’ve been running again with little to no pain, working on my pace, and rebuilding endurance I didn’t think I’d get back. This isn’t about being perfect or the fastest. It’s about showing up, getting uncomfortable, and trusting my body again. That’s exactly why I committed to #gymshark66 , consistency, growth, and evolving into a stronger version of myself. I’m not just training to look strong anymore, I’m training to be strong! 🤍💪🏾 #gymsharkwomen #gymsharktrain #momathlete #womenwhotrain #postpartumfitness #hybridtraining #strongnotskinny #gymgirl #fitmomlife
