The television personality, 45, revealed earlier this month she was having corrective surgery after scar tissue ruptured following her fourth boob job. Kerry showcased her cleavage in a plunging black dress as she cosied up to her toyboy boyfriend Paolo Margaglione, 33. The couple packed on the PDA as they posed for photos.Kerry appeared to be delighted with the results of her surgery and couldn't resist showing them off to an impressed Olivia Hawkins. The former Atomic Kitten star had her fourth boob job earlier this year but the stitches ruptured when she was having sex with Paolo. 'I had ruptured the tissue after having breast implants because I didn't rest enough after having the implants put in in the first place.'Paolo has been so supportive and amazing the entire journey through with my surgery and recovery. I really do love that man!'The reality star found love with the personal trainer after meeting on Celebs Go Dating, which began filming in April.The former Atomic Kitten star said: 'I am very happy.
