He helped bring supplies to the 121 migrants on board who at the time, had fled war-torn Libya. During a past interview with The Guardian, Richard reflected on his decision to go onto the boat and offer his assistance. 'I'm inspired by Open Arms. I'm deeply committed to their point of view of the universe,' he told the outlet.
