Nominations for first PRII Communication Impact Awards announced

The nominations for the Public Relations Institute of Ireland's (PRII) inaugural Communication Impact Awards have been announced. The shortlist is intended to reflect the breadth and depth of the public relations profession, highlighting campaigns that have sparked national conversation, supported public and organisational engagement and made a positive impact on life in Ireland. The PRII set up the Communication Impact Awards to recognise the most impactful and creative work in public relations and demonstrate the vital role of communication in shaping Irish society, culture, business, and policymaking.  More than 140 entries from in-house and agency professionals were submitted across the 14 categories, and due to overwhelming interest, the awards ceremony has been moved to a larger venue. The ceremony will take place on Friday, September 12 at the Conrad Ballroom in Dublin, where the winners will be announced in front of their peers and industry leaders. It had been originally scheduled to be held in the Winter Garden at the National Gallery of Ireland.
