Dublin city driver speeding up wrong side of road as traffic approaches goes viral
A video has gone viral of a person driving erratically on a Dublin city street. The clip, which was uploaded to TikTok last month, was filmed on Bridgefoot Street in Dublin 8 between the junctions of Oliver Bond Street and Usher Street. The video begins with a clip of the reckless driver speeding up the wrong side of the road as oncoming traffic approaches. The driver then pulls the handbrake, turns and speeds down the road again before dangerously swerving to the other side of the road. Later in the clip, the driver recklessly overtakes multiple motorists as a gang of onlookers egg them on. Dublin Live has contacted An Garda Siochana for comment.
