Ombudsman report flags gaps in French services at ServiceOntario

Ontario's French Language Services Commissioner found that ServiceOntario locations failed French-speaking residents, including two northern sites offering no French. Issues included staff confusion and little oversight. The ministries accepted 18 of 25 recommendations. Angela Gemmill reports.
