A Florida man who kidnapped his ex-girlfriend has had an arrest warrant issued. Police said that Julian Jaramillo, 21, used a tracking device placed inside his ex-girlfriend's vehicle to track her to her home. Jaramillo allegedly took the victim's car keys, before forcing her into her car's boot and driving off. He was later stopped leaving his neighborhood with the victim in her vehicle and taken into custody. The victim sustained minor injuries. Jaramillo has been charged with carjacking, kidnapping, battery, domestic violence and installation of a Tracking Device. #crime #fyp #crimetok #news #florida
