However, the childless couple's polite hospitality is merely a front. Robert, a practicing therapist, and Melissa, a pharmacologist, turn their quiet domestic home into a psychological pressure cooker. Almost immediately after moving in, Emily realizes she is trapped inside a web of calculated mind games, boundary-pushing "therapy" exercises, and volatile behavioral shifts disguised as care.
