Puff Daddy reportedly in solitary after row with fellow inmate
Sean ‘Puff Daddy’ Combs has reportedly been placed in solitary confinement following an altercation with another inmate at a federal prison in New Jersey.
According to multiple US reports, the 56-year-old became involved in a physical confrontation at FCI Fort Dix, where he is serving a 50-month sentence after his 2025 conviction on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
The incident is reported to have begun after another prisoner made a remark to Combs, with the disagreement escalating into a brief fight before prison officers intervened and separated the pair.

Sources told US media that Combs was subsequently moved to solitary confinement, although it is not yet known how long he will remain there.
Officials at Fort Dix have declined to comment on reports involving individual inmates, citing privacy and security policies.
It is also unclear whether the reported incident could affect Combs‘ expected release date, which is currently scheduled for February 2028.

The former music mogul continues to appeal his conviction.
Separately, Combs is facing a number of civil lawsuits alleging sexual misconduct. He has denied the allegations, and his representatives have consistently maintained that he has never sexually assaulted anyone. Those civil claims have not been proven in court.
