Skeleton Knight in Another World is heading back to Crunchyroll, with season 2 finally set to continue Arc’s isekai adventure this summer, and the first episode in its release schedule is fast approaching.
Based on the light novel series by Ennki Hakari and KeG, the fantasy anime follows a gamer who wakes up inside the body of his MMORPG character, only to find himself trapped in another world as a powerful skeleton knight.
Season 2 will see Arc continue his journey alongside elven warrior Ariane, beast ninja Chiyome and spirit creature Ponta, as the group heads toward the Wind Dragon Mountains in search of a spring said to be able to lift a curse.

Skeleton Knight in Another World season 2 will premiere on Crunchyroll from Saturday 4 July 2026.
Crunchyroll has confirmed that it will stream the new season as part of its summer 2026 anime line-up, with the subtitled version currently listed for 4 July and the exact release time still marked as TBA.
The anime’s official Japanese schedule also lists a special early broadcast and streaming premiere for episode 1 on Saturday 4 July, before the season begins its regular TV broadcast in Japan on AT-X from Monday 6 July.
