Masbate towns suspend classes due to heavy rains
LEGAZPI CITY – Several towns in Masbate province ordered the suspension of classes on Tuesday due to heavy rainfall caused by a low-pressure area (LPA). Classes at all levels in private and public schools were suspended in the towns of Placer, Cataingan, Mandaon and Batuan, while suspension in elementary and high school was ordered in Balud town.
