BACOLOD CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, Philippines — To protect the multi-million peso local livestock industry and secure the livelihoods of small-scale and commercial hog raisers, local government units (LGUs) in Negros Occidental have scaled up their biosecurity defenses against African Swine Fever (ASF).
