SINGAPORE—Historically, Far Eastern University has produced a slew of big names in Philippine basketball. That’s still been the case for the past several years, thanks in large part to one man who has been working tirelessly to keep the school’s tradition of building the next generation of basketball stars going. Players like RJ Abarrientos, LJay Gonzales, Veejay Pre, and Janrey Pasaol, among others, who made a name for themselves with the Tamaraws in the men’s basketball division, all had a common denominator.
