"Mantra" man brought before courts in chains
A man who was evicted from a property after he failed to keep up with mortgage payments was brought before the High Court in chains this afternoon and repeated a number of “mantra” statements.
Owen Ryan appeared before Justice Brian Cregan earlier today after he was previously released from prison, having spent 240 days in custody for contempt of court.
