Josh Mauro Spent Eight Years in the NFL Mauro entered the NFL in 2014. He spent his first four seasons playing for the Arizona Cardinals before spending one season with the Giants and another with the Oakland Raiders. Mauro then returned to the Cardinals for his final two seasons in the NFL, retiring after the 2021 season. Throughout his time in the league, Mauro played in 80 games, recording 130 combined tackles, including five sacks. He was 35 years old at the time of his death.
