There were few more breathtaking settings for a wedding than the sun-drenched cliffs of Positano on the Amalfi Coast, and Virgin Media newsreader Andrea Roche and her new husband Byron Callaghan made every inch of it count as they tied the knot in a stunning Italian ceremony.
The couple, who have long been one of Ireland’s most stylish pairs, exchanged vows in an intimate church ceremony, with Andrea looking absolutely radiant in a jaw-dropping off-the-shoulder lace gown.
The intricately embroidered dress featured a dramatic cathedral train and a plunging sweetheart neckline, a masterpiece of bridal couture that turned heads at every turn of the day.

RTE’s Byron cut a dashing figure in a sharp black double-breasted tuxedo, complete with black bow tie and boutonniere of delicate white roses.
The couple was all smiles from start to finish, soaking up every magical moment of their Italian celebration.
The day’s festivities were every bit as cinematic as the setting.
The newlyweds posed for photographer-worthy shots alongside a gleaming vintage red Alfa Romeo Spider on the winding coastal road, with the colourful hillside village of Positano spilling down the cliffs behind them and the deep blue Tyrrhenian Sea stretching into the distance.

Romance simply does not get more Italian than that.Later, Andrea was spotted on a stunning terrace at sunset, champagne in hand, diamonds sparkling on her finger as she admired her new wedding band.
The golden hour light over the water made for images that could have been lifted straight from the pages of a glossy travel magazine.The couple also made a memorable arrival by private wooden speedboat, cruising into Positano harbour with the entire cliffside village as their backdrop.
Andrea, barefoot and beaming on the boat’s cream leather seats with her voluminous lace skirt pooled around her, looked every inch the effortlessly chic Italian bride.It was, by any measure, a wedding day for the ages.
