What’s Cooking: Laotian food and Japanese matcha with Saap Saap
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Laotian food truck Saap Saap is bringing the flavors of Laos to Honolulu.Owners Rocky and Tamara Chandara joined HNN’s Sunrise to talk about their mobile cafe, which serves Laotian curries and sausage, and Japanese matcha drinks.
