Bonnie Tyler's family issue new statement and say they are 'so grateful' as singer continues health battle

Bonnie Tyler's team has thanked a Welsh politician after she made a speech in the House of Commons, wishing the singer a "safe and speedy recovery". On Thursday May 14 MP for Neath and Swansea East and the deputy leader for Welsh Labour, Carolyn Harris asked the Leader to join her in sharing her support for "Swansea's own global superstar".The Total Eclipse of the Heart singer remains seriously ill in hospital in Faro, Portugal after being placed into an induced coma following emergency surgery.Whilst no further health update has been given since they revealed the star was still "seriously ill but stable in hospital" on Tuesday, May 12, Bonnie Tyler's team have thanked the MP "during this difficult time."
