Rory McIlroy's net worth rises €75m following Masters wins
Rory McIlroy's net worth has risen by £65m (€75m) over the past year, according to to the new Sunday Times Rich List.
The Northern Irish golfer is now worth an estimated £325m (€373.4m), up from £260m last year.
Last year's list was published shortly after the Holywood, Co Down native won the Masters for the first time, completing a career grand slam.
Since then, McIlroy featured on Europe's victorious Ryder Cup team and defended his title at Augusta to claim a second green jacket.
He is the seventh-richest person, couple or family related to sport on the list behind former Formula 1 impresario Bernie Ecclestone and family (£2bn).
David and Victoria Beckham (£1.185m) and father-and-son promotions duo Barry and Eddie Hearn (£1.035bn) were the other sport-adjacent billionaires on the list.
The Beckhams' wealth has doubled over the past year, thanks to the rising value of David's investment in Inter Miami (£300m) and his stake in the Miami Freedom Park real estate development.
Revenues at Victoria's eponymous fashion line have now exceeded £100m, and the company is now profitable. The couple also have valuable investments in food and drink, including the IM8 supplements brand
The Beckhams also own luxury properties in Miami (£60m), London (£50m) and the Cotswolds (£20m) as well as a £20m yacht moored in Ibiza.
McIlroy was behind Gymshark founder Ben Francis (£800m), F1 champion Lewis Hamilton (£435m) and Castore founders Tom and Phil Beahon (£350m).
The top 10 was completed by boxers Anthony Joshua (£240m) and Tyson Fury (£162m), England striker Harry Kane and retired tennis star Andy Murray in joint-10th (£110m).
Sanjay and Dheeraj Hinduja and family, the London-based billionaires with widespread interests in industry and finance, topped the overall list with a combined fortune of £38bn.

Notable names to feature in the top 10 include the Weston family (£18.9bn), who own Primark, Revolut founder Nik Storonsky (£16.4bn) and Manchester United co-owner Jim Ratcliffe (£15.2bn).
Noel and Liam Gallagher, who reunited Oasis for a world tour that made more than £297m last year, made the list for the first time with a combined net worth of £375m.
