Record number of Love Irish Food members going to Bloom

Love Irish Food has announced that a record number of members will take part in Bord Bia Bloom 2026 this June Bank Holiday weekend. 41 Love Irish Food members will exhibit at the Food Village and Bloom Inn at the event in the Phoenix Park from 28 May to 1 June. The total represents a significant increase on last year's showing and more than double its 2022 member participation. Reflecting continued growth and investment, Love Irish Food has also significantly enhanced its on-site visibility and branding. Love Irish Food is supporting members at stand level with branded assets, to reinforce recognition, as well as helping to drive consumer engagement with member brands. The expanded presence is intended to underscore Love Irish Food's ongoing commitment to championing Irish producers while providing a platform for members to showcase innovation, connect with consumers, and drive trial and sampling at Bord Bia Bloom this year. "Bord Bia Bloom is a key date in the calendar for Love Irish Food and our members," said Conor Kilduff, executive director of Love Irish Food. "This year’s increased presence reflects the continued growth of the organisation and a response to demand from Irish brands to connect directly with consumers. "We are particularly focused on enhancing our visibility and supporting our members on the ground, ensuring they stand out, sharing their unique brand stories and showcasing the quality and innovation that defines Irish food and drink. "Bloom provides a unique platform to bring those brands to life.” Some Love Irish Food members with specific news at Bloom this year: Blanco Niño Tipperary-based Blanco Niño will debut its bold new Meaty Asado tortilla chips at Bord Bia Bloom, inspired by Northern Mexico’s open-fire barbecue tradition.
