Bernadette Farrell, who became an All-Ireland Senior Irish Dancing Champion in 1963 at just 17, has decided to sell her home in Foxrock.
For several decades, children from the south of the city attended The Chaney Farrell Academy of Irish Dance, making their dream of becoming a champion come true.

Her husband, Gerry, also made his own fortune by building a chain of newsagents across the city.
