Mark O'Sullivan / The KerrymanA Kerry man has been sentenced for deception after he transferred a 1.5 acre site from his neighbour to himself, despite concerns being raised about the capacity of the neighbour to make this decision.James Gleasure (47), with an address at Knockdown, Cordal, Castleisland, Co Kerry was charged with deception that between January 11, 2016 and April 8, 2016 he registered as the owner of a portion of land belonging to Kathleen Kirby, deceiving the Land Registry, which is now known as Tailte Éireann.
