Tara Ferry appointed Director of Property and Asset Management at Gresham House Ireland

Gresham House Ireland has announced the appointment of Tara Ferry as Director of Property and Asset Management.    Ferry is a Chartered Surveyor who joined Gresham House Ireland in 2023. She previously held senior international roles, including Director positions at CBRE and Group Workman LLP, and brings over 19 years of experience managing institutional portfolios and delivering asset and property management services for major investment funds. The Real Estate team at Gresham House Ireland is led by Steven Fagan, who manages and advises on €350m of assets on behalf of institutional and private clients. The team has an extensive track record in the Irish commercial property market, providing Asset Management, Development Management and Property Management services. The Gresham House Commercial Property Fund is the winner of the MSCI Award for Best Performing Portfolio in Ireland for the past five consecutive years.
