Experienced investors sweet on Skelligs Chocolate
Investor interest in rescuing Paddy McKillen Jr’s troubled artisan chocolate business Skelligs Chocolate out of insolvency has been whittled down to three parties. Engagement was described as “positive” with three proposals, including from individuals with significant experience and operations in the industry, currently under review by examiner Joseph Walsh of JW Accountants, the Circuit Court was informed on Monday.
