At the Met Gala 2026, Oscar-winner Nicole Kidman will walk up the steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art as a co-chair of the event alongside Beyoncé, Venus Williams, and Anna Wintour. Two years later, Kidman returned as Met Gala co-chair in 2005, this time sporting a strapless navy Chanel ensemble accentuated with black beading for an evening honoring that very fashion house.After more than a decade away from the starry fête, Kidman returned for the 2016 Met Gala in a caped Alexander McQueen number. Then, for the 2023 Met Gala, Kidman re-wore a pink silk-tulle Chanel gown adorned with ostrich feathers, which she first wore in a 2004 Chanel No. 5 commercial directed by Baz Luhrmann. Last year, Kidman arrived at The Met in a re-creation of a 1950s couture Balenciaga gown, as curated by her longtime stylist Julia von Boehm.
