Stock image: GettyA judge has approved a €20,000 compensation offer to a six-year-old child who suffered personal injury arising from “an assault” by a flu vaccine administration company in her school without the consent of her parents.Judge John Martin heard in the Circuit Civil Court today that the parents of Tavia Reynolds, of Elderberry Drive, Monegall, Co Offaly, had expressly witheld their consent to the administration of the vaccine at her school.
