Kanye: Wireless festival cancelled after rapper barred from entering UK
The organisers of the Wireless music festival have cancelled the whole event after the Home Office banned Kanye West from entering the UK.
News that the American rapper, who’s legally known as Ye, would headline all three days of the London festival in July triggered a major backlash.
He’s caused outrage in recent years, making antisemitic and racist comments, as well as releasing a song and advertising T-shirts which celebrate Nazism.
