Andy Cohen Stunned As ‘Married To Medicine’ Star Tells Him He Needs More Botox In His Forehead: “You Think I Look A Little Haggard”

Where to Stream: Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen Powered by Reelgood Andy Cohen might be heading in for some more Botox in the near future. On Sunday night’s (March 8) episode of Watch What Happens Live, Cohen asked Married to Medicine star Brandi Milton, owner of Conqr Aesthetics and Wellness in Atlanta, for her thoughts on his Botox. “OK, you want the honest answer? Honest answer, we need to put a little bit more in the forehead,” she said. Cohen got defensive, sharing that he only got a “tiny bit” of Botox in his forehead because he was “freaked out” that he would lose his facial expressions. “You can still get rid of the lines and still make faces,” Milton assured him. “You gotta come see me in Atlanta.” Things got even more awkward when Cohen said, “You think I look a little haggard, is what you’re saying?” to which Milton bashfully shrugged her shoulders and replied, “I mean…” Stunned, Cohen erupted, “A lady in the audience told me tonight I’m a man of a certain age. I’m getting it from all sides!” To that, Milton once again invited him to “come and see” her at her medical spa in Georgia. This wasn’t the first time Cohen opened up about the work he had done. After hosting CNN’s New Year’s Eve special with Anderson Cooper, Cohen revealed he “did the smallest amount of Botox and lost 20 pounds” leading up to the big night. Back in September 2025, he also shared on Radio Andy that he had been “micro-dosing” a GLP-1. “Given that for 20 years I have been asking people about their body regimens and that I’ve been pretty vocal about every time I go on a diet … I do think it would be completely hypocritical not to share that I did this summer lose a good chunk of weight by micro-dosing a GLP-1,” he said, per People. “I was really unhappy with my weight,” he continued. “My doctor and I talked about this last year, had recommended a GLP-1 a few times to not only address what I was feeling about my weight, but treat plaque in my arteries and high blood pressure … It really helped me with cravings, which I was having a very hard time with, and really forcing myself to be more disciplined with my diet and with working out.” Watch What Happens Live airs Sunday through Thursday at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
