Sri Lanka evacuates crew of second Iranian vessel day after US sub attack
Sri Lanka has found itself caught in the middle of the conflict, hoping its decision to let an Iranian navy ship dock in one of its ports won’t anger the US and Israel.
It took in more than 200 sailors from the vessel, two days after a US submarine sank another Iranian warship off its coast, killing most on board.
But the island nation is keen to stay neutral.
