Can we learn from learning disabled history, to ensure the future remains inclusive?

Channel 4 News has been following an oral histories project, that’s been gathering interviews with learning disabled people across the country. These stories will now go into the  British Library and serve as a record of life for learning disabled people in the 21st Century. But at a time when diversity, equity and inclusion is coming under question, Ruben Reuter went to meet the Minister for Social Security and Disability, Sir Stephen Timms to find out what he’s doing to help the community.
