Photo: Sam Barnes/SportsfileKevin McStay is to head a new Gaelic football Expert Advisory Group that will continue to monitor the playing rules of the game in the wake of the disbandment of the Football Review Committee.The FRC signed off last autumn when a suite of new rules and enhancements were voted in on a permanent basis.
