After Chris arrived, knocked back a few drinks and then made a move on Bri McNees in front of Jessica, Amber went straight for the jugular.
As the girls burst into laughter, she told him: “You’re too [bleep-ing] short to be this cocky!”
It left fans wondering the same thing. How tall is Chris in real life?

Working out the height of Love Is Blind contestants is never easy.
Watching from the sofa does not exactly give you a tape measure moment.
Viewers have been debating it online.
One Reddit user asked: “I keep seeing people say 5’3. Is that an exaggeration or is he acc 5’3.”
Another wrote: “He’s definitely taller than 5’3″. It’s fun to poke fun at an [bleep] though. He’s probably like 5’7 ish if I had to randomly guess, which is still considered pretty short for a man.”
Someone else added: “He looks 5’7.”
Well, we can clear it up.
ED! can reveal Chris stands at 5ft 6ins. So Amber’s dig may not have been completely out of left field.

Chris makes cruel ‘pilates’ comment
Chris’ height became a hot topic after his toe-curling chat with Jessica in last week’s episode drop.
The fiancés and fiancées had just returned from Cabo in Mexico and were settling back into life in Ohio. That meant meeting families and adjusting to living together.
But while sitting on the sofa at home, Chris stunned viewers with what he said next.
He told Jessica: “In my world I date people who do [bleep-ing] CrossFit and [bleep].
“So like I’m trying to, I don’t know, somebody who works out all the time and has a different type of…”
Jessica gently asked: “A different type of body?”
Chris replied: “Somebody who does [bleep-ing] pilates every day or working out every day.
“In these situations, it’s hard for me to be physically in that moment. I just don’t know if it’s there for me.”

Love Is Blind’s Jessica and Bri
Jessica was left in tears after the exchange, and viewers were quick to rally around her.
Since then, fans have pointed out that Jessica and Bri are near on the identical size.
They compared scenes of both women wearing similar black swimsuits and insisted there is barely any difference between them.
But the drama is far from over.
The penultimate two episodes of season 10 land on Netflix this Wednesday, February 25, 2026.
The last episode ended on a cliffhanger, with Chris attempting to pursue Bri at the drinks reunion.
The big question now is whether she would ever consider leaving Conor Spies for him.
We’re really hoping she’s taken note of his red flags!
