British clothing chain to make return to Cheltenham high street
The brand, which exited UK high streets in 2021 following the collapse of Arcadia, is now available in all 32 John Lewis department stores.
This includes the Cheltenham high street branch.
Michelle Wilson, managing director of Topshop, said: "Today is about making it easier for customers to access the Topshop and Topman pieces they love.
"From our cult denim to new‑season footwear, you can see it, feel it and take it home the same day.
"Partnering with John Lewis brings Topshop back to high streets across the UK with the level of service our customers expect."
The relaunch follows a recent partnership between John Lewis and Topshop, marking a wider rollout after initial pop-up trials in select stores.
Topshop’s menswear counterpart, Topman, will also return, though only in seven John Lewis locations.
The new in-store range includes 130 of Topshop’s “most in-demand pieces,” with a focus on the brand’s signature denim.
Products are also available through John Lewis’s online platforms.
Peter Ruis, managing director of John Lewis, said: "This moment marks a significant acceleration of our fashion ambition at John Lewis.
"To be the exclusive home of an iconic brand like Topshop, sat alongside other exciting new brands, signals our commitment to be the definitive style authority on the British high street."
The launch coincides with London Fashion Week and is part of John Lewis’s broader strategy to strengthen its fashion credentials.
The retailer is also introducing 14 new fashion, jewellery, and accessory labels this season.
The return of Topshop forms part of John Lewis’s £800 million long-term investment plan and follows a redesign of the fashion floors at its Oxford Street flagship.
Topshop and Topman disappeared from UK high streets when Arcadia collapsed into administration in 2021, with Topshop subsequently snapped up by Asos, who sold Topshop products online.
Products are also available through John Lewis’s online platforms.
