Luxury holiday resort operator secures £24m development loan from ZDF

Luxury holiday resort operator CABÜ has secured a £24m loan from Zenzic Development Finance (ZDF), the development finance subsidiary of real estate credit investment firm Zenzic Capital, to fund the creation of a new resort in Oxfordshire. CABÜ in the Cotswolds will comprise 51 one-, two- and three-bedroom, self-catered eco-cabins with on-site amenities including a nature spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, shop, restaurant, two bars and a studio events space.  The resort will be build on a 25-acre woodland site located on the eastern edge of the Cotswolds’ Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, 15 miles north west of Oxford. The ZDF facility will also fund the development of eight new barn style houses and two restored loft houses on an adjacent site.
