Status Orange and Yellow Rain warnings updated with more counties expected to be hit with heavy rain and flooding

Met Éireann has updated a series of Status Orange and Status Yellow Rain warnings issued on Thursday morning.Four counties are now under a Status Orange Rain warning, while 14 counties are under a Status Yellow Rain warning.Louth was added to the list of counties under a Status Orange Rain warning in an update on Thursday morning. The county was previously under a Status Yellow Rain warning. The warning is valid from midday on Thursday until 6pm on Friday.A Status Orange Rain warning for Dublin and Wicklow has been active from midday and will remain in place until 3pm on Friday.
