Photo: Ben McShane/SportsfileCentral Council’s support of a motion to Congress to re-introduce provincial final replays could conflict with a broader aim to extend the All-Ireland championships by two weeks.Central Council agreed at the weekend to put forward the motion at next month’s Congress for provincial final replays. But a separate motion, proposing the two-week extension that would see the All-Ireland football final on the second weekend in August, also carries the provision that there would be no All-Ireland final replays if a final has finished level at the end of full-time.
