Recto meets Mindanao development execs; talks growth, peace, security
MANILA, Philippines — Executive Secretary Ralph Recto met with officials of the Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA), led by Secretary Leo Magno, to discuss the Marcos administration’s initiative to build a stronger and more inclusive Mindanao.
