Cronin marks year of growth, a rebrand and strengthened leadership

Cronin, one of Ireland’s leading accountancy and business advisory firms, has announced a series of significant milestones across 2025. The company says growth has been driven by continued demand from SMEs navigating expansion and regulation, along with a rebrand and senior leadership appointments aimed at positioning the firm for its next phase of growth. With a team of over 70 professionals, based in Dublin, Cronin supports clients across sectors including retail, construction, hospitality, manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and professional services.  As part of its long-term strategy, the firm completed a rebrand from Cronin & Co to Cronin, reflecting both its 40-year heritage and its future focus as a trusted provider of professional services to Ireland’s SME sector. Over the past year, Cronin strengthened its senior leadership with the appointment of Glen Hynes and Deirdre Flynn as partners. It also increased staff numbers by 10% in response to continued client demand and business growth across its core service areas.  The firm’s tax team was also shortlisted for Tax Team of the Year at the Accountancy Awards, recognising the depth of expertise and client impact delivered across the practice. Cronin continued to expand its international reach through its membership of Russell Bedford International, supporting clients with cross-border requirements and international growth ambitions. Meanwhile, its Audit and Assurance department recorded double-digit growth, driven by increased demand from owner-manged business and scaling enterprises.
