Dublin neighbourhoods facing week of 'noisy' night time rail works
There are a number of essential works taking place along Dublin's railway lines overnight this week, with critical safety work underway such as track repairs, crossings maintenance and vegetation controlIarnród Éireann are undergoing overnight railway works this week in a number of locations across Dublin.They said that the work can be noisy, and may impact people whose homes are located near the railways. This is due to the use of on-track machines and power tools.The works are done overnight to avoid causing delays or disruptions to regular services.
