Integrity360 expands North America with Advantus360 deal

Cybersecurity firm Integrity360 has today announced its expansion into North America with the acquisition of Canadian cybersecurity services and solutions provider Advantus360. The deal, the terms of which were not disclosed, marks Integrity360's first location in the North American market and is the company's ninth acquisition in the last four years. Advantus360, founded in 2015, serves customers throughout Canada and also in the US. The company operates out of facilities in Calgary in Alberta and its customers include organisations in the oil, gas and energy sector, as well as the transportation, manufacturing, legal, financial, retail, mining and services industries. Integrity360 said it will develop Advantus360 to become a significant regional services hub for the group covering Canada and the wider market in the US, providing the full suite of Integrity360 cybersecurity services. Ian Brown, Executive Chairman at Integrity360, said today's acquisition marks a significant milestone for the group as it represents its first presence in the strategically important North American market. "Advantus360 has for more than a decade established and has developed an enviable reputation for excellence in cybersecurity consulting and solutions," Mr Brown said. "Its achievements in designing, deploying and supporting Palo Alto Networks solutions are particularly impressive and will be built upon by the whole Integrity360 group. We are looking forward to working closely with the team to rapidly expand their operations and capability over the coming years," he added. Regan and Stefan Herbst, Directors of Advantus360, said Advantus360 has flourished thanks to the support of its customers and employees. "With the backing of Ian and the considerable resources, capability, and track record of the entire Integrity360 team we are thrilled about what we can achieve for our customers, and our employees, as we look to expand across both Canada and the United States over the coming years," they added.
