Watch: Coca-Cola Christmas advert recreated in Conamara
More than 100 illuminated trucks have recreated the iconic Coca-Cola Christmas truck advert in a local charity drive in Co Galway.
The convoy made its way through Gleann an Mháma in Conamara, passing through the Gaeltacht villages of Corr na Móna, An Chloch Bhreac and An Fhairche before finishing up in Cong, Co Mayo.
It was the fifth annual Joyce Country Truck Run with drivers raising funds for the Corrib Mask Search and Rescue organisation.
Organiser of the event Paddy Rock said the event "raises much needed funds for the brave volunteers who risk their own lives to save others".
"Their work brings reassurances to local and visiting fishermen and in turn helps the B&B economy," he said.
