Philip Young: Man accused of sex offences against ex-wife over 13-year period
A former conservative councillor has appeared in court in Swindon, charged with drugging and raping his ex-wife over a period of 13 years.
Philip Young is accused of committing 56 offences against his former spouse, Joanne Young, who waived her right to anonymity.
Five other men have also been charged with sexual offences against her.
